Your garden/venue must have adequate space to enable the castle to be set up safely.
An additional 2ft is required either side of the castle to allow for movement, and 3ft at the back for the blower. Therefore if you are hiring a 12x12 castle you will require a space of 16ft wide and 15ft long.
Each castle has 6 anchor points that must be staked into the ground to ensure the castle does not lift. Therefore outdoor hires must be on grass areas. Sandbags can be used for indoor hires.
For obvious safety reasons bouncy castles must also be on a reasonably flat area, free of obstructions.
If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a site visit to confirm suitability. If you do not request a site visit and on the day of booking the venue is deemed un-suitable, we will have no option but to cancel the booking.
We can accept cash, or credit/debit cards via paypal (you do not need a paypal account).
We deliver from 7am. When arranging a delivery time, please always allow at least one hour before the start of the event to give us time to inflate the castle and run through safety points.
Yes we allow overnight rentals, please contact us for more information.
All you need to supply is the plug socket and we will provide an RCD breaker and extension cable up to 30m.
Not unless requested, then a charge is made of £15 per hour, with a minimum hire of 3 hours.
During high winds or heavy rain the bouncy castle must be switched off for health and safety reasons. If bad weather is forecast you may cancel your booking on the day of delivery.
You can cancel your booking anytime up to the night before, except for bad weather when you can cancel on the day of delivery.
